PAKENHAM PARISH COUNCIL
Minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday, 14th December 2016 at 7pm
Pakenham Village Hall

Present: Cllr H Painter (Chairman), Cllr Bagnell, Cllr Davey, Cllr Dorling and Cllr C Palfrey
Three members of the public were in attendance
Mrs S Brown (clerk) took the minutes

1 - Apologies for absence: Apologies received and accepted from Cllr Brookman

2 - Declarations of interest: No declarations of interest received

3 - To consider the approval of the minutes of the last meeting:-
The minutes of the meeting held on 23rd November 2016 were approved and signed as a true record.

4 - Public Forum:-
A dead tree in The Owell was reported. The clerk advised this had previously been reported to Havebury Housing and Suffolk County Council.
A member of the public asked for help with an issue with Havebury Housing, they were happy for the Chair to contact Borough Cllr Simon Brown to explain the situation on their behalf.
An update was given on the village hall drains which had recently been pressure washed.

5 – Planning Applications:-
DC/16/2561/HH : 31 The Owell
First floor rear extension over existing extension.
Council discussed and all in agreement no objection.

DC/16/2635/HH : Misty Mere, Mill Road
Extension to garage.
Council discussed and all in agreement no objection

6 - Date of next meeting:-
The date of the next scheduled meeting was confirmed as Wednesday, 25th January 2017 at 7.30pm.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.40pm
