Council discussed and all in agreement object with the comments - Council consider this to be an intrusion into the countryside, it does not comply with Policy DM27 Housing in the Countryside
a. the development is within a closely knit 'cluster' of 10 or more existing dwellings adjacent to or fronting an existing highway or
b. the scale of development consists of infilling a small undeveloped plot by one dwelling or a pair of semi-detached dwellings commensurate with the scale and character of existing dwellings within an otherwise continuous built up frontage.
Council also notes on the design & access statement it refers to this as an annex which it is clearly not and is a new dwelling.

Vehicle Activated Signage Council were happy for Cllr Painter to send details to Stowlangtoft Parish Council
7 - Date of next meeting:-
Council agreed to hold a planning meeting on Thursday, 8th September at 7pm in the Martin Room if an extension to the consultation period for application DC/16/1419/HH was not granted. The next scheduled meeting on Wednesday, 28th September at 7.30pm was confirmed.
