Minutes of the meeting held on Thursday, 4th August 2016 at 6pm
Pakenham Village Hall

Present: Cllr H Painter (Chairman), Cllr Brookman, Cllr C Palfrey and Cllr Sidebotham
No Members of the public were in attendance
Mrs S Brown (clerk) took the minutes

1 - Apologies for absence:-
Apologies received and accepted from Cllrs: Bagnell, Davey and Dorling

2 - Declarations of interest: No declarations of interest received

3- To consider the approval of the minutes of the last meeting:-
The minutes of the meeting held on 27th July 2016 were approved and signed as a true record.

4 - Public Forum: No members of the public attended.

5 - Planning:-
DC/16/1245/LB The Willows, Bury Road, Ixworth
Listed Building Consent: replacement of windows with softwood flush casement windows with slimilite glazing
Council discussed and all in agreement no objection

6 - Councillors reports and items for future agenda:-
Report of Pakenham Parish Council meetings to Village Newsletter: Clerk to complete report if Chair unable to attend meeting.

7 - Date of next meeting:-
The next scheduled meeting on Wednesday, 28th September at 7.30pm was confirmed.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 6.15pm
