Minutes of the meeting held on Thursday, 2nd June, 2016 at 6pm

Present: Cllr H Painter (Chairman), Cllr Brookman, Cllr Davey, Cllr C Palfrey and Cllr Sidebothom
No Members of the public were in attendance
Mrs S Brown (clerk) took the minutes

1 - Apologies for absence:-
Apologies received and accepted from Cllrs Dorling and Bagnell.

2 - Declarations of interest: No declarations of interest received

3 - To consider the approval of the minutes of the last meeting:-
The minutes of the meeting held on 25th May 2016 were approved and signed as a true record.

4 - Public Forum: No members of the public attended.

5 - Planning:-
DC/16/0912/VAR Mere View, Mill Road
Application to remove condition 2 (Agricultural restriction) of B/62/841/TN Construction of bungalow
Council discussed and all in agreement object with the comments: This application does not comply with policy DM26 as there appears to be no evidence of an attempt to sell/rent the property with an agricultural tie.
