The Parish Council was very concerned about the increased traffic proposed with this application as vehicles leaving Old Hall Farm would be joining an unrestricted road; this is consistent with concerns expressed with previous application SE/04/2814/P approved in September 2004. The proposed increase in traffic over the track shared with a public footpath was considered dangerous. The design of the proposed offices was thought to be very poor and not in keeping with the area and the canopies were incongruous.
