PAKENHAM PARISH COUNCIL
Minutes of the meeting held 7pm 2 SEPTEMBER 2004
Pakenham Village Hall

Present: Cllr J Mangnall, Cllr H Painter, Cllr P Smith, Cllr R Griffin, Cllr L Couper, Mr J Waddilove and Mrs J Brookman (clerk).

APOLOGIES: Cllr D Dorling

1.0 - DECLARATION OF INTERESTS: There were no declarations of interest.

2.0 - PUBLIC FORUM:-
Mr Jake Waddilove outlined the planning and listed building application regarding Old Farm House, The Street, Pakenham from it's outset and confirmed the changes that were proposed to the original application.

Mr Waddilove left the meeting.

The meeting was convened.

3.0 - PLANNING APPLICATIONS:-

SE/04/2611/LB - Old Farm House, The Street, Pakenham
Alterations to outbuilding associated with conversion to ancillary living accommodation as amended by letter from applicant dated 16 August 2004 and letter and drawings nos. 04.031/P8,P6A and P5A received 16 August 2004 and letter and drawings nos. 04.031/P2B, P3B and P7B indicating deletion of rooflights from front elevation and insertion of rooflights to rear elevation and revisions to garage door.

The Parish Council were happy with the proposals for rear elevation rooflights, preference would be for two garage doors rather than one double door, but detailing on drawing indicates that the door will be detailed to appear as two and this was acceptable.

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, 12 October, 2004 in the Village Hall, Pakenham.
